Jacob Goodwin
With a background in nearly every sport you can name—most notably hockey, football, and lacrosse—Jacob developed a deep understanding of athletic performance and recovery. Some of his proudest athletic achievements include winning provincial gold and silver medals in lacrosse, as well as being named Defensive Player of the Year in his senior year of high school football. These experiences taught him the value of resilience, discipline, and teamwork, which he now carries into his massage therapy practice.
Jacob is passionate about helping people feel and move better. He takes pride in providing personalized care through thorough assessments and tailored treatments, with a focus on athletic rehabilitation and deep tissue massage. Using techniques such as myofascial release and deep tissue work, Jacob creates treatments designed to help each client achieve their goals and return to the activities they love as quickly and safely as possible.
When he’s not in the clinic, Jacob enjoys staying active outdoors—whether it’s biking, running, hiking, or walking his dog. He also loves working out, spending time with friends, and making the most of Vancouver’s beautiful scenery (usually with good food involved).

Neill Kleinveldt
Neill graduated from the Vancouver Career College RMT program in 2022 and is in good standing with the CMTBC. For over 10 years, Neill worked as an RMT in Quebec, and is now registered in the Province of BC. His treatment approach is client centered, customizing each treatment to meet the specific needs and goals of each patient. Because, of his many years of experience, as well as the knowledge gained through the completion of the BC RMT Program, he recognises the importance of considering the body in its entirety, when treating patients. To achieve optimal treatment results, he utilizes a variety of massage techniques, some of which include myofascial releases, joint mobilization, and deep tissue techniques, when appropriate. Also, during each session, he incorporates stretching, patient education, and a home program is given to help fast track the recovery process. Neill enjoys treating patients who are physically active, have undergone surgery, recovering from an injury, or are experiencing pain associated with their activities of daily living (ADLs) He has been involved in competitive sport since childhood. Presently, he runs marathons and is preparing to compete in his 1st Iron Man competition.

Ashley Lougheed
Meet Ashley—a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CNP) who’s not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. She’s here to help you get to the root cause of your health concerns, ditch the guesswork, and feel your best from the inside out.
Born and raised in North Vancouver, Ashley spent a few years playing hockey in New York before making her way back home—and she couldn’t be happier to be back. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her outside soaking up nature, getting her hands dirty in the garden, or lacing up her skates (still playing hockey, averagely but passionately).
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and experience working in the mental health field, Ashley has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. She knows firsthand how stress, gut health, and lifestyle are all deeply linked. After navigating her own struggles with digestive issues and anxiety, she discovered the power of holistic nutrition—and never looked back. Now, she’s on a mission to help others do the same, blending real-life, sustainable habits with functional lab testing to take the mystery out of what’s really going on inside. More than anything, she wants her clients to feel heard, supported, and truly at home in their bodies again.

Olivia Tomlins
Like many Vancouver residents, Olivia takes on a new level of crazy and is currently training for a Boston Marathon qualifying time. While Olivia still hasn’t ran a marathon, her goal came following an unplanned sub 100 minute time in the half, where she realized she may as well keep the momentum up. Even as an experienced physiotherapist, like many, Olivia has been faced with her fair share of injuries within her sports that she’s had to tend too. With appropriate rehab, she consistently came back stronger and hungrier for what’s next. Specializing in running related injuries, and doing her best to prevent any herself, come and chat with her about training and get a run assessment to ensure you too can keep up with your crazy goals. Using exercise based rehabilitation, intramuscular stimulation dry needling, education and manual therapy, we’ll arrive at long-term solutions that will not only get you back to what you love but also keep you out of the clinic; although Olivia will always be excited to see you!
