Meet Ashley—a Certified Clinical Nutritionist (CNP) who’s not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. She’s here to help you get to the root cause of your health concerns, ditch the guesswork, and feel your best from the inside out.
Born and raised in North Vancouver, Ashley spent a few years playing hockey in New York before making her way back home—and she couldn’t be happier to be back. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her outside soaking up nature, getting her hands dirty in the garden, or lacing up her skates (still playing hockey, averagely but passionately).
With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and experience working in the mental health field, Ashley has a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. She knows firsthand how stress, gut health, and lifestyle are all deeply linked. After navigating her own struggles with digestive issues and anxiety, she discovered the power of holistic nutrition—and never looked back. Now, she’s on a mission to help others do the same, blending real-life, sustainable habits with functional lab testing to take the mystery out of what’s really going on inside. More than anything, she wants her clients to feel heard, supported, and truly at home in their bodies again.

Like many Vancouver residents, Olivia takes on a new level of crazy and is currently training for a Boston Marathon qualifying time. While Olivia still hasn’t ran a marathon, her goal came following an unplanned sub 100 minute time in the half, where she realized she may as well keep the momentum up. Even as an experienced physiotherapist, like many, Olivia has been faced with her fair share of injuries within her sports that she’s had to tend too. With appropriate rehab, she consistently came back stronger and hungrier for what’s next. Specializing in running related injuries, and doing her best to prevent any herself, come and chat with her about training and get a run assessment to ensure you too can keep up with your crazy goals. Using exercise based rehabilitation, intramuscular stimulation dry needling, education and manual therapy, we’ll arrive at long-term solutions that will not only get you back to what you love but also keep you out of the clinic; although Olivia will always be excited to see you!
