I approach both my work and personal life from a holistic, whole-system methodology. I
acknowledge the importance of backgrounds, personality, lived experiences, interests,
strengths, family dynamics, work/career, spiritual and existential issues in one’s journey.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in being client-focused and solution-oriented. I draw from
evidence-based approaches such as Mindfulness-CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy,
Family Systems, and Solution-Focused/Brief Therapy.
I work with individuals, 19+ years of age, and in allyship with LGBTQ2S+ and BIPOC communities. I’m also San’yas ICS trained.
I specialize in navigating challenging life changes (divorce, grief/loss, career change/physical
health changes and illness), chronic anxiety/depression, stress management, and interpersonal
relationships.
When I’m not working, I love to unwind with activities that bring me joy, like exploring our
beautiful city, playing tennis, cycling, practicing yoga, or getting creative in the kitchen with my
passion for baking and cooking.

Like many Vancouver residents, Olivia takes on a new level of crazy and is currently training for a Boston Marathon qualifying time. While Olivia still hasn’t ran a marathon, her goal came following an unplanned sub 100 minute time in the half, where she realized she may as well keep the momentum up. Even as an experienced physiotherapist, like many, Olivia has been faced with her fair share of injuries within her sports that she’s had to tend too. With appropriate rehab, she consistently came back stronger and hungrier for what’s next. Specializing in running related injuries, and doing her best to prevent any herself, come and chat with her about training and get a run assessment to ensure you too can keep up with your crazy goals. Using exercise based rehabilitation, intramuscular stimulation dry needling, education and manual therapy, we’ll arrive at long-term solutions that will not only get you back to what you love but also keep you out of the clinic; although Olivia will always be excited to see you!
